Trend to Try: Polka Dots

Sometimes I want to go France, so, I have my ways. A croissant mid-day at a cafe, (si vous plait) while dressing the part can certainly do the trick. Polka dots have always been a sweet detail that conjures Parisian elegance for me. It may be expected, but why fight the allure? The beret is the obvious nod to French dressing.
