Are you a dreamer? I know I often feel wistful like there’s more to see, touch, feel, hear and taste out of life. Do faraway places inspire you? Maybe you have a vision or purpose, a calling, that feels bigger, a space you want to inhabit and fill up.I highly encourage that we all inhabit the space of the Dreamer from time to time by taking time for ourselves to, well, dream. Darling defines the Dreamer persona as such: You have a vibrant mind, deep soul, and an artist’s eye for creating. With the new Darling capsule collection, there seems to be unlimited possibilities to explore these personas and they’ve created a collection for all of us to try them on! Here with my interpretation of the Dreamer, I chose the Garden Party Dress because it encompasses a lot of the characteristics I dream of inhabiting: ease, beauty, femininity, just to name a few. It also inspired me to go and explore one of my newly discovered nearby favorite places, Pasadena. And as you can see I couldn’t help but feel inspired by my surroundings, dreaming I was on a European vacation but in my own backyard, so to speak.
