What we wear, says a lot. But did you know the act of getting dressed can also inspire you to do a lot? We’ve all been guilty of making a purchase outside of our everyday lifestyle only to tuck it away deep in our closet while saying to ourselves, “One day, the time to wear it will come.” Well, what if you pulled out that dusty date-night dress and actually made a date to do something like go out with girlfriends, or that special someone, or, even take the time to take yourself out for a fancy dinner? Sometimes the act of getting dressed can make you feel empowered and get you one step closer to doing the things you’re dreaming of. So what are you waiting for? Put on that heel and take that step!

Or, I’ve got another approach, one that’s slightly more considered and, sigh, practical, but I promise it will change the way you think about getting dressed! It will feel just as good as putting on that floor-length gown (oh wait, that one’s two sizes too small,) scratch that, I promise it will feel good. So what’s the approach? It’s capsule dressing!
